Check out this dress that my friend Nikole got from Target. Her total came to $3.21 (special circumstances)...BUT, it's regularly on sale for $12.49, and you still can't beat that!!!
Imagine the looks you could create just by playing around with accessories and shoes! For a daytime look, I'd pair the dress with some leggings and Chuck Taylor's or flats, hair long and flowing with long necklaces and bangles. For an evening look, I'd wear my hair up, dangling earrings, bangles, tights, and pumps. This dress is sooo worth the investment.
