Summertime is coming, and I have to get prepared. No more hiding under heavy layers; we've got to get our bodies in tip-top shape! I was researching treatments for dry skin to find that olive oil truly is a multipurpose remedy. Soaking your feet and hands in olive oil for 15-20 minutes will help restore the moisture in your skin.
It's best to soak with olive oil before bed, so you can let the treatment marinate overnight. Of course you want to remove any nail polish to give your nails a chance to breathe. After the soaking, slip a pair of socks on the feet and rubber gloves on the hands and go night-night! Morning time will come and you'll be smooth as a babies bottom. :-)
