Valentino is by far my favorite Haute Couture collection this season! 'Haute Couture' translates into 'best-sowing' or 'high-needlework.' I loved the color palette. I love the contrast of muted colors such as nude and black against bold colors; it makes them stand out so much more! I'd argue that sheer fabrics are the biggest trend for the upcoming season. This collection is very feminine, yet superheroesqe. Avatar was said to be part of the inspiration behind this collection. The ruffles, the bows, love it all.
