Did the market like U.S. Silver's (USA.v) first quarter results?

Yep, sure looks like it.

Too many sillypeople worrying about this stock recently. It's going higher from here too, as long as 5X earnings are aren't (oops, just spotted the typo 3 hrs later) the new normal for a PM miner. DYODD, dude.

So much for the breakout in USA.v....

Here's what we wrote on Friday and here's how the chart's done since then:

Y'know, the best thing about realizing TA is just a whole book of bunk is that when it suits you can use it and when it doesn't you can laugh at it. Hey, I mean, you just have to sell sell SELL! USA.v, what with silver at a piffling U$40/oz. How on earth can they make any share price progress while producing 2.4m oz of silver at a $25/oz margin, eh?

You Ess Ay Tee Ay Day

I've been told 72c by a couple of TA heads, 72c to 74c by another, but for sure we're close to seeing USA.v breakout and the moment it goes and reaches for a share price that better reflects its current earnings potential.

Because in the end , screw the TA. With $40/oz silver and even taking into account the company hedge, this thing is on less than 5X forward earnings. It's going over a buck as long as silver behaves itself in the next few weeks, take that to the bank. Dirt cheap here, even if production is merely adequate.

UPDATE: sing it loud, sister:
