SUMMERTIME.

Amazing shopping experience today. There were so many good deals because of the awesome weather this week. Today, I shopped New York & Company's storewide 50% sale! I've never shopped there before because I was under the impression that their market was an older crowd, but I really like their styles and price point.

I also bought a pair of black slacks at The Limited that I really like because they are straight leg. I made a mistake Wet Seal today that I want you guys to avoid. I know that most of the merchandise at Wet Seal goes on sale quickly. I spotted this denim dress last week that I loved but I didn't want to pay that much for it. This weekend, they were having a $15 dress sale, and though I didn't LOVE it on me after I tried it on, I got it anyway. Well, that was a bad idea because I battled in my head about that dress for several hours after. If I couldn't decide whether I really liked it or not that means that it was going to get home and sit in my closet unworn. I took it back. If you have ANY doubt about something when you're buying it, you should probably just move on. If it's still weighing on you afterwhile, then go back and get it! There is so much stuff in this world to buy that I am positive you will find something you love...

I'm really excited about my upcoming portfolio shoot. I've been finding so many signature pieces over the past month or so in preparation for it. My wardrobe is finally getting to the point where I like and wear everything that I own. I was so inspired after shopping today that I came home and played around with my clothes for hours.

My new favorite thing to wear is this straw fedora. My new signature. :-)
